Today marks the last St. Patrick's day in which I can celebrate with complete legitimacy due to my strong Irish last name.
Mr. C's last name, which I will be taking, is...well...not Irish at all.

So, because I come from a family of typical Irish storytellers (surprised?), I feel the need to share with you a few of my favorite Irish things...other than how awesome it is to be Irish.
- Darby O'Gill & Little People = Sean Connery at his finest & my all time favorite movie
- Irish knit sweaters = my children will still be forced to wear these in family photos even without the Irish last name
- Casey's Hat = Get my father to sing this for you (not a hard task) & you'll be Irish too.
- While you're at it, get him to sing this.
- Far & Away = I can quote the entire movie. Perhaps I shouldn't be proud.
- Blessings = these get me every time.
- Derby Caps = Sister Sarah, want to tell us all a story about those?

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! Maybe we could add an O' to Mr. C's name?
