Today my darling mother, future MIL & SIL are making the pilgrimage to a Madeleine's Daughter in Portsmouth, NH to find Mother of the Occasion dresses (I hope to pop by Emerson Made as well!).

Let's be honest, it's just another excuse to drink on a weekday before 5pm.

In honor of the oh so groovy mothers, I thought I would put a little 70's vibe out there. I so wish I could scan my parent's wedding, it was so spectacularly in tune with the time and completely DIY.

One day, dear blog friends, I promise I will.
