The temperature is 10 degrees cooler than yesterday - it's as though Mother Nature realized she no longer has to work to keep the sun cooking for our summer time festivities and just let the poor thing rest a bit. The invigorating crisp air made me realize that it's finally appropriate to start talking about pumpkins! I am in love with all things pumpkin - their color, taste, shape... everything. And because of this love affair with a fruit
(yes not a vegetable - proof here), I love fall and fall parties. I thought you might feel the same way, so as I am getting ready to replace the starfish throughout my house with pumpkins I feel like it's time bring on the Autumn Inspiration. I just love orange.

Pumpkin pie happens to be one of my favorite desserts - I also LOVE the color! So ready for fall :)

I’m auditioning pumpkin soup recipes until I find one I like enough to make a huge pot on Sunday night so I can have a cup for lunch every day of the week;)I might have to make some whole wheat bread with pumpkin seeds in it or what the heck go all out and make some pumpkin spice cookies with dark chocolate too! I share your affinity for pumpkins, I have a collection.

Whilst we're heading into Spring (when it stops raining!!) I love fall... particularly in your part of the world where Mother Nature really know's how to turn it on!! I want to come pumpkin picking one day!
